I had my first visit to Priors Hall Dentist today. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the dentist was very reassuring and explained routine tooth-healthcare really well. The waiting room and treatment rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

Took my son to his first dental appointment and he was a bit nervous but after meeting Dr Kamran he was so happy! Honestly would strongly recommend Priors Hall Dental all day long! From the moment we walked in the receptionists were talking to my son and which made him feel very happy then the appointment it self he really enjoyed and can’t wait to go back. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

I broke my tooth a few weeks ago but am very nervous about dentists and not gone for many years. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcomed. The lady on the desk took the time to ask me how I was feeling and not to worry, my dentist explained everything and answered all my questions and although extremely anxious throughout my visit I was put at ease. I defo recommend Priors Hall Dental!!!

As it was my first time visiting a dentist I was a little apprehensive. But I needn’t have been as everyone who works at the practice is so lovely and takes all the worrying out of your visit. Kam has been great on every appointment I’ve had him with so far. He talks you through everything and puts your mind at ease. And the friendly smile you get from Monika when you walk through the door. Makes the whole experience enjoyable. And I never thought I’d say that about a dentist! I’d highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. Even more so if you’re a nervous patient like I was.

Very welcoming on arrival. The staff were polite and respectful. Didn’t have to wait to see the dentist who was professional and informative. I didn’t feel that the appointment was rushed and explained well about the treatment I needed. Definitely a good experience.

I went to assess issues I had with old sports injury to my front lower teeth. The reception was informal and relaxed. The dentist was very calm and professional and explained my treatment in detail and I left the practice well informed.

I have the worst fear of dentists, but knew that I needed to get a grip of myself and make an appointment. After seeing the fantastic work the team do through social media and speaking with the lovely Amanda at the surgery, I decided to pull my big girl pants up and attend my appointment today.From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I couldn't believe just how at ease everyone made me feel. Dr Patel was amazing, he explained everything that was about to happen and talked me through the assessment even though I was so nervous and couldn't give straight answers :).I left with a plan and with an understanding of what is happening next, which as a control freak really helped calm my nerves.If you are like me and have a fear of the dentist, I can genuinely say Priors Hall dental helped lessen that nervousness and I'm now booked in for fillings ........but I'm not scared :)

After years of having a love hate relationship with Dentists, I can honestly say the experience with this Establishment was superb.I would highly recommend anyone who is nervous of Dentists go to Priors Hall. All staff are friendly and welcoming and I was confident I was in the very best hands.Well done.

Suchita Vaidya did my check up today. She provided excellent care, I have never had a dentist be so thorough and kind. She shared some helpful insights and I feel reassured that I'm getting the best care possible with this dental practice. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Very modern and relaxing feel whilst in the chair, which I found really helpful as I haven’t been for a good few years! The dental practitioner was also very friendly and attentive, great experience all round

Couldn’t recommend Priors Hall Dental enough! Ritesh made the whole process so relaxed and made me feel so at ease. On top of this, I am in love with my new smile. Ritesh is incredibly thorough and strives for nothing less than perfection. 5 stars!

First visit today to Priors Hall Dental and it was such a great experience! The practice is light bright clean and ultra modern not like being at the dentist at all, the staff are welcoming, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t believe I am saying this but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment! This is from a patient who is usually very apprehensive when going to the dentist.Highly recommended for all 😁

My two boys and I had our first check up appointments at Priors Hall this month. Can't believe the quality of service compared to my previous dentist. Really thorough examinations and lots of practical advice on how to look after our teeth. Thoroughly recommend.

A fantastic practise with very friendly staff. After speaking with Rachael (she was brilliant) we were able to book in for my teeth whitening very quickly.The dentist (young man) explained the procedure thoroughly and was open to any questions I had.I would highly recommend.

Cannot fault the service . All staff very approachable and friendly and contribute to a very efficiently run outfit . Very clean and the kit looks modern and new . My dentist is very attentive with good communication skills , has a very methodical careful and skilful approach when undertaking procedures .

I’m a brand new patient at Priors Hall Dental who amazingly managed to offer me an appointment only 2 days away from my initial contact. On arrival, I found myself welcomed with a smile and a choice of refreshment.My meeting with Dr Ritesh was informative and delivered in a friendly and supportive way which put me at ease. I left with some useful dental care a clear plan of action and felt fully informed of the next steps required for my own dental needs.A great first experience which I expect to grow into a Long term relationship for many years to come.

I made contact with the team to ask questions and had a very quick response. The workers were clear and professional.I received contact from a worker who would be with me through out if I chose to go a head. I was given appointments that fit around me and when I went in all staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I felt with my pre meeting I had a good knowledge of the process I would be undertaking and had clear information of what actions they was taking. I was so confident in their approach I agreed that day to start the procedure I wanted. They are competitive prices with a personal touch and I highly recommend them

I booked in on an emergency appointment and was seen the next day at the appointment I was asked to register my details have a check up etc.Then told I needed a molar removed which was done there and then while I was surprised As I thought I might have to make another appointment I was really pleased to get it done there and thenThe dentist was really professional and friendly as were all the staff who dealt with me which put me right at easeSo would recommend to anyone needing treatment and looking for a dentist

Haven't been to see a dentist in nearly 8 years due to work and lifestyle restrictions. Was extremely nervous about even going back to a dentist and wasn'tsomething i considered. By off chance, met receptionist Aaliyah while I was out for dinner. She was very easy to talk to and next thing i knew, had me signed up to priors hall the same day with a slot booked! She was very friendly, just like the rest of the staff.Had my check up with Dr Kam. I thought he would give me bad news since i hadn't been to a dentist in years however, he made me feel very comfortable, was very chatty and friendly and easy to talk to. He gave me fantastic advice and i hope this is the start long lasting healthy teeth!

Amazing experience! All the staff at Priors Hall Dental are professional and go that 'extra mile' to provide exceptional care, information and reassurance. My son was seen with a wisdom tooth emergency within a couple of hours of our call. Special mention for Jasmine who was very caring, understanding and provided excellent information and support when I called. On our visit Dr Cam was amazing. He was professional, caring and incredibly reassuring. Each step of treatment and ongoing care was explained clearly and my son felt immediately at ease. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend this practice.

I cannot praise this dental practice enough, especially Dr Kam. I have always been a very nervous patient and not having visited a dentist for over eight years my anxiety was through the roof! I needn't have worried, Dr Kam was patient and understanding, he took the time to explain the procedures step by step and worked at my own pace. I had an old filling removed, the cavity cleaned and replaced with a new composite filling followed by a hygiene clean. Throughout the appointment Dr Kam and Amanda were attentive, considerate of my feelings and really put me at ease. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. After such a positive experience I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Such a calm environment, everything explained to you, nothing is done unless you want to have it done. First of all i would just like to thank the staff here for excellent customer service first classMy treatment was the best I’ve ever had even better than when I was in the forcesFrom the first min I was made to relax as I’m not comfortable with needles etcThe work was fantastic that was done for me cannot fault them enough yea it’s expensive to some people as I thought the same but I suppose you get what you pay for and yesterday I did get what I payed for brilliant dentist indeed highly recommendedWell done and Thankyou

Great staff that share good advice. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Dr Kam was very patient, thorough and informative. Priors Hall Dental is a gorgeous dental clinic. The treatment rooms are modern, luxurious and clean and it actually makes me look forward to appointments here! I actually travel from London especially to visit Dr. Suchi - she is top tier in aesthetic dentistry and was the perfect partner on my Invisalign journey, so a special shout out to her and also to the lovely dental nurse, Amanda! I couldn’t recommend this practice enough.

Receptionist was excellent and very professional. Dr Kam was extremely thorough.I feel confident that I had a proper examination of my teeth.I was told that I need one replacement filling which had been filled five times by previous dentist ( apparently the inside of the tooth was decayed but had not been cleaned out properly, and one new filling next to the one I had filled which had been missed at my previous dentist a week ago.Nice premises, very efficient and friendly staff. Thanks for your help today, it was very much appreciated

After 20years I finally went to a dentist again. Dr Kam was recommended to me and I went. What can I say. All my fears of dentists gone in one afternoon. Dr Kam and his team made me feel comfortable and he has a way of putting you at ease. He talks to you through the treatment and while he is treating you. If Priors Hall had been around 20 years ago, I would have had better teeth.All I can say is if you are thinking of going...GO...you will not regret it.

The dentists and staff at Priors Hall are the most professional, courteous and caring that you’ll come across. I’ve been well looked after on all my visits, with clear information provided so I can make informed choices on what treatments to go ahead with. The practise itself is very modern and the ceiling artwork just helps to calm your nerves if you’re not the most confident with dentists. Totally recommend them!

Had a severe phobia of visiting the dentist my whole life, but Priors Hall Dental are hugely fixing this for me. Everyone I’ve seen have been the most lovely considerate people, incredibly careful and delicate with procedures and don’t pressure clients to go ahead with anything they're not ready for.

OUTSTANDING! After a rather traumatic cycling injury, my little girl (3 years old) visited Priors Hall Dental and received fantastic care. Not only were they able to reassure a rather frantic mother but more importantly ensured my little girl was relaxed and understood exactly what was going on. It was all explained at a level she could understand and it has made her first experiences with a dentist very positive. She looks forward to visiting the dentist and sitting in the ‘space chair’.I cannot thank you enough for providing such brilliant care.

The team here are incredible! They have been supper supportive and helped me with all of my queries! They were able to help me get lovely white teeth for my wedding in a short time frame and were super flexible in finding me appointments around my work, even staying late to help me. Wow this practice looks amazing you can tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into the design and look you don’t feel like you are in a standard dentist practice more like a 5 * hotel. The treatment from staff, nurse and dentist was outstanding they all make you feel so comfortable. Best dentist around , and a great addition to the local community.
